Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by High Seas Cruise Co., 9521 S Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 111, Orlando, FL. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Margaritaville at Sea, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, vendors, contractors, and talent of High Seas Cruise Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible. "Immediate family" is defined as spouse or domestic partner, parents, siblings, children, and any person residing in the same household. Void where prohibited by law. Winner must be able to provide valid travel documentation required to sail, including but not limited to a valid passport, applicable visa(s), and any other documentation required by Margaritaville at Sea or applicable governments at the time of sailing. Failure to provide required documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 7:00 PM EST on May 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 5, 2026. Entries submitted outside of this window will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Standard Entry (1 entry): Complete the official entry form at form.jotform.com/261476150469058. Provide your full name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) standard entry per person.

Bonus Entry (1 additional entry per platform): Earn up to two (2) bonus entries by reposting the official giveaway post on Instagram (tag @highseascruises) and/or Facebook (tag @highseasco). Bonus entries must be made from a public account and remain live through the end of the entry period to be valid. Completion of the standard entry form is mandatory — reposting alone does not constitute a valid entry. All contact information provided must be accurate and valid. Entries with invalid or undeliverable contact information will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Margaritaville at Sea Islander cruise certificate valid for two (2) guests in an Ocean View Stateroom on any 4- or 5-night sailing. Certificate must be booked by December 13, 2026 and sailed by December 14, 2026. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Certificate is non-transferable and has no cash value. Subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. See certificate for full terms and conditions. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies based on sailing selected.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around June 6, 2026. The winner will be notified via email. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. High Seas Cruise Co. is not responsible for undeliverable emails.

7. Likeness, Content & Social Media Requirements

By entering, all participants grant High Seas Cruise Co. a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, image, and any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms, without further compensation. Winner, as a condition of accepting the prize, agrees to actively create and share content during and after the cruise experience, including but not limited to photos, videos, and social media posts, and to tag High Seas Cruise Co. in all cruise-related content. Failure to comply with these content obligations may result in forfeiture of future opportunities with High Seas Cruise Co.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. High Seas Cruise Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion.

9. Privacy

Information collected through this giveaway will be used only for the purposes of administering the contest and may be used to send promotional communications from High Seas Cruise Co. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.
