Legends at Sea Merchandise Photo Contest Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by High Seas Cruise Co., LLC ("Sponsor"), 9521 S Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 111, Orlando, FL. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, vendors, contractors, and talent of High Seas Cruise Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible. "Immediate family" is defined as spouse or domestic partner, parents, siblings, children, and any person residing in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 10, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, post a photo featuring your Legends at Sea merchandise to the Legends at Sea Facebook Group at facebook.com/groups/legendsatseacruise with the hashtag #LegendsMerch. Your post must be visible within the group to be considered a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Legends at Sea Merchandise Gift Card, redeemable at the official Legends at Sea merchandise store. Approximate Retail Value: $100.00. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

On or around January 1, 2027, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced in the Legends at Sea Facebook Group at facebook.com/groups/legendsatseacruise. If the winner does not respond via Facebook message within seven (7) days of announcement, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Likeness & Content

By entering, all participants grant High Seas Cruise Co. a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, image, and any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms, without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. High Seas Cruise Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of Facebook's terms of service. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion.

10. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in this Contest or acceptance of any prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected through this contest will be used only for the purposes of administering the contest and may be used to send promotional communications from High Seas Cruise Co. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.
