These Terms and Conditions govern your use of legendsatseacruise.com (the "Site") and any reservations made through High Seas Cruise Co ("HSCC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to:
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of High Seas Cruise Co or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written consent from HSCC.
Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including but not limited to Margaritaville at Sea and Tern Travel. These links are provided for convenience only. HSCC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.
Accuracy of Information
HSCC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information published on this Site, including pricing, itineraries, and event details. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or make changes at any time without prior notice. Pricing and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HSCC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if HSCC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

HSCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time without notice or liability.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bundled Package Structure
This reservation is sold as a single bundled package that includes cruise accommodations aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber and access to exclusive Legends at Sea hosted programming. Cruise fare and event access are not separately priced or refundable. By submitting payment, you authorize High Seas Cruise Co to charge your selected payment method for the full agreed amount.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation:
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Final payment is due December 11, 2026. Failure to submit final payment by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of deposit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after the deposit has been made are subject to the following penalties based on the number of days prior to the sailing date:
After December 11, 2026, 100% of all funds are forfeited. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Missed Sailing or Events
No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for:
Transfers & Name Changes
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person. No name changes are permitted after booking. No credit, transfer, or refund will be issued if a guest is unable to attend.
Exclusive Booking Channel
All reservations must be made exclusively through High Seas Cruise Co at legendsatseacruise.com. Reservations cannot be made directly with Margaritaville at Sea, through a third-party travel agent, or any outside platform. Guests who book through unauthorized channels will not receive access to hosted programming or wristbands and will not be eligible for a refund.
Cabin Availability & Waitlist
Legends at Sea is limited to 500 cabins. A waitlist will open once capacity is reached. A minimum of 75 cabins must be booked for hosted programming to proceed. If this threshold is not met, HSCC reserves the right to cancel the sailing. Refunds will be issued consistent with applicable agreements at that time.
Gratuities, Fuel Surcharges & Onboard Charges
Gratuities are mandatory and not included in your cruise fare. They will be automatically added to your stateroom account during the voyage:
Any gratuities paid are the property of the Carrier and shall be used at its sole discretion. A fuel surcharge of up to $15 per person, per night may be added by Margaritaville at Sea at any time per the Cruise Ticket Contract. No fuel surcharge is currently being assessed. Cabin location selection is available for an additional $150 per cabin. Cabins are randomly assigned by default.
Event Access & Wristbands
All guests booked through the official Legends at Sea group reservation will receive a non-removable wristband upon boarding. This wristband is required to access all Legends at Sea event spaces and programming. Access to the sailing does not guarantee entry into any specific session, activity, meet-and-greet, or appearance. Event spaces may have limited capacity and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Failure to attend or inability to access a specific event does not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or compensation. HSCC reserves the right to remove any guest from private events for disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior without refund. Guests may not bring non-group passengers into event spaces.
Talent & Host Appearance Disclaimer
High Seas Cruise Co does not guarantee the appearance of any specific individual. Illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, personal emergencies, or operational decisions may result in the substitution, cancellation, or replacement of any advertised host or performer. This does not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. HSCC will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement when possible.
Shore Excursions
Participation in any shore excursion is entirely voluntary and at the sole risk of the guest. Shore excursions may be operated by independent third-party operators who are not employees, agents, or contractors of HSCC or Margaritaville at Sea. HSCC does not own, operate, supervise, or control any shore excursion operator or activity. By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HSCC, its staff, hosts, Margaritaville at Sea, and any excursion operator or supplier from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your participation, whether or not caused by negligence. Shore excursions are not guaranteed and may be cancelled or modified at any time without obligation to provide a refund.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Seas Cruise Co LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, hosts, performers, entertainers, suppliers, and any affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
HSCC's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for their reservation.
Cruise Ticket Contract & Margaritaville at Sea Policies

Required Travel Documentation
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation. A valid passport is strongly recommended. Guests denied boarding due to inadequate documentation will not be eligible for a refund or compensation of any kind.
Itinerary Changes
The published itinerary is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Margaritaville at Sea. HSCC assumes no liability for changes to ports of call, departure times, or sailing dates.
Media Release
By attending this sailing, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. HSCC may use such media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation, notification, or further consent.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the State of Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or jury trial.
Chargebacks
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for any charge made in accordance with these Terms. Improper chargebacks may result in collection activity, recovery of fees and costs, and permanent exclusion from future HSCC bookings.
Changes to These Terms
HSCC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or your booking following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Submission of payment or continued use of this Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and High Seas Cruise Co and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
